Five latest documentaries by independent movie makers will be screened in four cities across Texas – Houston, Dallas, Austin and College Station.
Our honored guest this year is Vitaly Manskiy with his movie “Virginity”.
Vitaly Mansky is one of the most interesting and offbeat names in Contemporary Russian documentary. He is the founder and director of the famous Russian festival of independent documentaries Artdocfest. Manskiy is also the writer and presenter of the Russian television
show “Real Cinema”. He is known for his 2003 film “The Anatomy of Tatu”, which follows the pop duo on a tour around the US. His films have been exhibited at over 300 film festivals in various countries, including France, Germany, Holland, Japan, Brazil, etc.
