Anna Ataeva is a multi-talented artist with an extensive education, both academic and informal. She first attended the School of Oriental Arts in Moscow and the prestigious Moscow Fine Art Lyceum. Anna received her Masters in Fine Arts from The State Academic Fine Art Institute of Russian Academy of Arts (Moscow), where she studied and mastered multiple painting and drawing techniques. She also completed the “Professional Special Course on Modern Traits in Art" at The Institute of Contemporary Arts (director Joseph Bakstein, Moscow), where she graduated with a License in Management in the Field of Visual Arts. Anna's contemporary art project for her graduate degree was accepted to the National Museum of Russian Fine Art, The State Tretyakov Gallery.
Anna has participated in close to one hundred art shows and exhibitions thus far in her career. Her talent in art design was recognized multiple times, and her fine art paintings have been exhibited in the art halls of Moscow, Brussels, London and in the United States.
Anna’s artwork has been published and reviewed in multiple publications including: the encyclopedia “The Brilliant Europe" (Russia and Europe); art almanac “The Most Important Russian Artists" (Russia); art newspaper “Isograph" (Russia); art journal “Kultura" (Russia); and, television program “Cultural News" (Moscow, Russia).
Anna’s seeks to capture an individual’s imagination with grace and ease as their attention flows through the space of her work. She works in various techniques and styles – from watercolor and oil to the more unusual and complex like ofort and etching. Anna's vision embraces ethnical, modern, and traditional traits in fine art. The unique quality of her artwork is the combination of classical aesthetic beauty, confidence in mastery, and creativity. |
