Our Facility

Rent a well-equipped hall for holding concerts, seminars and lectures in the convenience of the Museum District area. 600 Sq. feet. $200 for 4 hours. The hall is equipped with a professional sound and light system, baby piano and wings.

Performance Rental Rates

• 1 performance (4 hours or less inside the facility): $200
• Each additional hour is: $50
• If you want our art removed from the walls there is a $50 fee to remove all art and store until your event is over and then set back up
• Rental rate must include performer's set-up and clean-up time
• We have projector and screen to show movies
• We can screen Blu-ray, HD and standard DVDs
• We have 3 microphones with stands
• The hall can seat up to 65 people
• BYOB
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve space and the remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to the event
