Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese health care system, effectively integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intention.
To maintain and preserve health, it is necessary to create a balance between the strength of the physical body, the power of breathing, and the power of thought. All Qi Gong exercises are smooth and meditative.
